Vendor Terms & Conditions

Introduction
By registering as a vendor on Fanzia, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Food & Sweets

• Only vendors with a valid commercial license and health approval in Kuwait are allowed to sell food products.

• Vendors must upload copies of their license and approvals before listing.

• Invoices will be issued under the licensed vendor’s name, with Fanzia noted as the platform.

2. Perfumes & Incense

• Only vendors with a valid commercial license and Ministry of Health approval may sell perfumes/incense.

• Required documents must be provided before products go live.

• Invoices will be issued under the licensed vendor’s name, with Fanzia noted as the platform.

3. Accessories

• Open to hobbyists and artisans without the need for a commercial license.

• Invoices will be issued by Fanzia, with the vendor listed as the Supplier.

4. Handmade, Décor & Candles

• Open to hobbyists and crafters without a license, provided items do not contain hazardous or restricted materials.

• Invoices will be issued by Fanzia, with the vendor listed as the Supplier.

5. Clothing & Light Designs

• Open to hobbyists and home businesses without a license, provided no counterfeit or trademark-infringing products are sold.

• Invoices will be issued by Fanzia, with the vendor listed as the Supplier.

6. Product Responsibility

• Vendors bear full responsibility for the quality, safety, and compliance of their products.

• Fanzia acts solely as a marketplace to display products and facilitate sales, payments, and delivery.

• Customer complaints will be directed to vendors, who must respond within 3 business days.

7. Invoices

• Licensed Vendors (Food/Perfumes): Invoices are issued under the vendor’s name.

• Unlicensed Vendors (Accessories/Handmade/Clothing): Invoices are issued under Fanzia, with the vendor noted as the Supplier.
