A complete, step-by-step reference for your daily selling workflow.

1) Getting Started & Opening Your Shop

Location: Seller Dashboard

  • Create & Confirm: Use your invitation link or visit sign-up. Verify email.
  • Choose Plan: Standard (13%) self-managed, Full Service (23%) assisted.
  • Complete Profile: Add shop name, logo, banner, address, phone, bank.
  • Verify: Upload business/ID docs if requested.
2) Basic Store Settings

Location: Store Settings → Profile / Policies / Payouts

  • Profile: Shop name, EN/AR description, location.
  • Policies: Setup processing & returns (per Fanzia).
  • Payouts: Add IBAN/transfer — weekly payouts.
  • Brand Assets: PNG logo transparent preferred.
3) Adding a New Product (A–Z)

Location: Products → Add Product

  • Title: Clear English title.
  • Images: 3–6 clean, AI enhancement possible.
  • Description: Material, size, care info.
  • Category: Handmade → Accessories → Bracelets.
  • Variants: Size/Color/Material.
  • Pricing: Price + Compare at price.
  • Inventory: SKU & quantity.
  • Shipping: Weight/dimensions & region.
  • Submit: Save & submit (24h review).
4) Managing Published Products
  • Edit price/images/text.
  • Duplicate items to save time.
  • Hide if out of stock.
  • Keep EN/AR translations synced.
5) Orders & Fulfillment
  • Prepare within 3 days.
  • Print invoice & packing slip.
  • Create shipment (Jaak/Armada/PostaPlus).
  • Mark as Fulfilled.
